Dr. Paul J. O'Reilly, President of Thomas Aquinas College in Santa Paula, said he is excited about The Odyssey's new movie adaptation which inspires his seminars & op-ed discussions on classic literature.
The film is on track for another historic weekend at the box office.

Team USA won gold today at the 2026 World Aquatics World Cup Final in Sydney by beating Spain 13-9 & Emily Ausmus earned Player of the Match with six goals while goalkeeper Amanda Longan made 13 saves to secure the win.
Surf instructors held lessons at Faria Beach last weekend as warm water—ideal for beginners—helped many locals beat the heat.
