On Dec. 28 at 8:15 a.m., crews bypassed a damaged sewer line that spilled 133,550 gallons of sewage and water into Arroyo Simi Creek near Moorpark Park Ave and Leta Yancey Court, and county officials posted warning signs from the spill’s start to three miles downstream until Jan.
