Frequency Nectar Sound Healing with Tiana Landworth

About this event

From Tiana…

In these sessions, we will enter an experience of shared sound that is designed to provide a sensation that feels much like an internal massage for the nervous system, helping to mitigate the compounding effects of daily stress. We invite you to join us as Tiana uses chakra-tuned crystal singing bowls, chimes, and a gentle wind gong, along with other therapeutic instruments, to help dissolve and release energetic blockages, and hold space for the stillness you deserve. Come rest your body, and let the sound take you on your own journey, as the molecular structure of your cells are gently harmonized and re-aligned. After the sound healing session is complete, we will gently invite our awareness back to the body with breathing, gentle stretching, and allow space for sharing in a supportive community environment.
