About this event
Having the opportunity to exercise outdoors is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Breathe in the fresh air as you move through meditation exercises, vinyasa flows, strength building and gentle stretches. The class is designed for every body and all levels. This class is free to all community members and takes place on the front lawn near the Ocean Tower parking structure.
