Hardstyle (Russian Exotic) (Low Inter+)

About this event

Russian Hard Style is a powerful, athletic approach to pole dance that emphasizes strength, control, and bold expression. Originating from Eastern Europe, this style blends dynamic tricks, explosive transitions, and grounded floorwork with a fierce, confident attitude. In this class, you’ll focus on building upper-body and core strength while mastering sharp, intentional movements and high-impact combinations. Expect a mix of spins, climbs, holds, and acrobatic elements, all executed with precision and intensity. Unlike more fluid or sensual styles, Russian Hard Style is characterized by its raw energy, minimal pauses, and commanding stage presence. This class is ideal for dancers looking to challenge themselves physically, develop endurance, and embrace a strong, unapologetic performance style.
