About this event
Private lessons are required for those new to Pilates before joining group lessons. Please call or email to book an assessment. A mixed level Reformer class works the entire body while providing layers of exercise difficulty from beginner to intermediate levels. This class moves at a moderate pace and offers the challenge of kneeling and standing postures on the reformer.
